Please understand that all items purchased through Bratzz Closet are true vintage pieces, therefore will be in vintage condition. All pieces are individually cleaned and thoroughly inspected for flaws, and will be clearly outlined in the description if there is any notable damage. If you feel there is a flaw in your item which has not clearly stated prior to purchase, please reach out to us via instagram DM with photos of the issue and we will assist you. Under these conditions you may be eligible for a refund/exchange. Applicable within 7 days of delivery.
